    Your being very disengenuous with your thread title. Please show where the GOP are not going to cut defense spending? If you can't do it, this is what's called "willing misinformation"

    Republicans account for their larger reduction amounts by pegging their recommended cuts to Obama's requests. They claim $58 billion in savings through the end of the year, compared with Obama's proposals for domestic agencies. That amount increases to $74 billion after defense cuts are folded in.

    That would be great.

    Its far more money to be gleened from cutting defense.

    that looks like the president's proposals. admittedly, it's badly written and unclear at best.

    i'm sure the world will be a much better place when they starve children by cutting WIC


    that will go very well with them saying that hospitals can let women die if they need an abortion because the pregnancy is threatening the woman's life. the savings will be astronomical.
