House Continues To Waste Tax Dollars Time: Vote To Make Lynching A Federal Hate Crime

Someone needs to tell the House Democrats that the year is 2020, not the ‘60s…and not the post-Civil War KKK era when hooded Democrats burned crosses and lynched ‘colored people’.

Someone needs to tell the House Democrats attempting to hang someone / hanging someone is already attempted murder / murder.

Ever hear of any Lynching occurring without ‘hate’ being involved?

If you want to punish someone for a violent crime, sentence them for ‘x’ many of years without parole.

Making a crime a ‘Hate Crime’ simply because a victim is a minority to impose more punishment on the perpetrator because the perpetrator is white is imposing a harsher punishment based on race.

Isn’t the GOAL to identify / see everyone the same no matter what race color?

Not to Democrats. What is a hate crime? A hate crime is one that is committed against a likely Democrat voter. Why this category? Because offenders of hate crimes get harsher sentences than those that have committed the same type of crime. In other words, the death penalty that they protest against so much.
