Homeland Security In Shambles - Obama Has Unofficially Granted Amnesty To Illegals

Due to a dysfunctional work environment people are leaving in droves. Top-level turnover makes it harder for DHS to stay on top of evolving threats - The Washington Post

Border Patrol agents have been directed not to prosecute illegals anymore. About a month ago word came down to ICE agents that we were no longer going to arrest and charge illegals with a crime. If they come from Central America they will be given a place to stay until they can get their affairs in order. If they're from Mexico they're given a court date and released. Going to court is merely a formality, which most of them skip out on entirely. If they show up they may get deported, so why show up.
So what are they doing instead? Registering them to vote, welcoming them and accommodating them any way they can.
