I agree with the very first comment posted to CNN's article:

[M]aybe we should outlaw trucks because they could be used in smuggleing, or outlaw pants because they could have been the result of child labor. [T]he minute we start indicting on what we could do then our county will quickly become an orwellian nightmare.
