We are slowly climbing out of a deep hole.

Moderately good news. However with 1 Million homes still sitting on the market we have a long long ways to go. Lets hope the big Company's who are holding over half those homes. Do not start trying to dump them all at once. Or you will witness a real collapse of the value of homes.

Not so sure this info alone is evidence we are climbing out of the whole just yet. Seems when you add up all the different news we are taking 1 step forward and 1 step back over and over.
