McCarthy was already being investigated for porking a student, the police came to him and that was a way for him to point fingers in another direction. Remember, his story was that he walked in on kid rape going on in the showers, said sorry and left, and then he told paterno about it. His timeline was off by like 2 years of when this possibly could’ve happened, and even if true...who walks in on kid rape, and says “whoops my bad”???
