[The most criminal, evil, corrupt DOJ in America's history continues its bald faced efforts to enable Barack Obama to steal the next election by hook or by crook. How dare Florida strip the illegals and the ineligibles from its voter rolls. With Holder around, you gotta know a six point lead in Wisconsin isn't going to be enough. Even if the Unions lose, they'll be in court trying to invalidate the results the day after the final decision is made. The same scenario is going to apply in November's general election. If the Democrats can't steal the general election tally from November 6th, they'll have the individual state results tossed into recount and you can sit back, hold your breath and I dare you to count of the number of times undiscovered Obama ballots turn up after the rcount starts in the inflated spare tires and headliners of Democratic poll workers cars. If we want a fair ballot this November, we need a quad fifty stationed near every polling place and used with extreme prejudice on every Democrat poll worker owned vehicle trying to approach within a thousand feet of a polling place.
If the ballot theft, either in the recounts or on November 6th don't give Obama the election, the Democrats will then approach the Supreme Court afterwards to have the results of the general election overtured because the results were achieved due to racial prejudice.]

"Unreal: Holder Demands Florida Halt Purge of Non-Citizens From Voter Rolls…

Wait, isn’t Holder supposed to enforce the laws?

Via Miami Herald:

The Justice Department ordered Florida’s elections division to halt a systematic effort to find and purge the state’s voter rolls of noncitizen voters.

Florida’s effort appears to violate both the 1965 Voting Rights Act, which protects minorities, and the 1993 National Voter Registration Act – which governs voter purges – T. Christian Herren Jr., the Justice Department’s lead civil rights lawyer, wrote in a detailed two-page letter sent late Thursday night."

What part of your post did you not understand?

Enforcing the law also includes preventing those violating the law from violating it, in this case Florida purging the rolls in an illegal manner.

What is illegal about removing people who shouldn't be on the electoral rolls from those rolls. This is a clear attempt by Holder to make it easier for people to vote illegally. Pretty shameful actually.

The only thing shameful is your willful ignorance and the ignorance of other rightists attempting to make a partisan issue out of this.

No one ever stated it was ‘illegal’ to review voter rolls for eligibility; the violation is a consequence of the effected counties not following the law as outlined in the VRA. Had the counties in question simply followed the law, policy, and procedure, they could move ahead with reviewing the rolls.

The counties have only themselves to blame, the DOJ would be remiss in its responsibilities if it failed to intervene.
