This is normal for this kind of situation. Holder goes in and tries to see what else he can get away with without having to sit in front of a microphone on TV. If it's too little, too late and he continues to stone wall, Issa will go ahead with the contempt vote, which is what I see happening. Because Holder knows that if he turns over what Issa is asking for, he's done. Either way, I see holder being forced out.

Holder was first appointed by Saint Ronnie.
