Germany has a capitalist economy. The Nazis were socialists. Germany is not socialist because it has liberal societal aspects. The Germans are a very different people than New Americans. They are industrious, they like to work and they like to follow rules.

Germany's medical care is basicially socialist, but again, the people are very different from New Americans. There are few medical malpractice lawsuits, the people don't get "sick" as an occupation in and of itself. There is little to no lifesaving medical care.
