Hispanics Attack Americans On Cinco De Mayo (video)

This was one of the civil war amendments. It was to protect the children of the newly freed slaves.

Incorrect. It was ratified to counter Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857), where the Court ruled that slaves were not citizens as Congress made no provision for that event. After the civil war Dred Scott was still the law of the land, and the Freedmen not citizens – they suffered discrimination accordingly. The 14th Amendment established that anyone born in the US is a citizen by virtue of personhood; this included Freedmen already born. This fact was affirmed by the Supreme Court in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898).

It was never intended to protect the rights of the children of criminals.

It grants citizenship to anyone born in the US, regardless of his parents’ status. See the Plyler citation below.

In fact, many constitution scholars believe say the birthright clause is misinterpreted. Its language, "..."a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof..."

Scholars may opine as they wish, until such time as United States v. Wong Kim Ark is overturned, however, citizenship at birth remains the law of the land.

Illegals who are criminals are not subject to the citizenship jurisdiction of America and therefore neither our their children.

Wrong again. In Plyler v Doe(1982), the Court notes that children may not be held accountable for the actions or status of their parents, even if the children were brought to the US illegally:

…but the children who are plaintiffs in these cases "can affect neither their parents' conduct nor their own status." Trimble v. Gordon, 430 U.S. 762, 770 (1977). Even if the State found it expedient to control the conduct of adults by acting against their children, legislation directing the onus of a parent's misconduct against his children does not comport with fundamental conceptions of justice.

[V]isiting . . . condemnation on the head of an infant is illogical and unjust. Moreover, imposing disabilities on the . . . child is contrary to the basic concept of our system that legal burdens should bear some relationship to individual responsibility or wrongdoing. Obviously, no child is responsible for his birth, and penalizing the . . . child is an ineffectual -- as well as unjust -- way of deterring the parent.

Weber v. Aetna Casualty & Surety Co
., 406 U.S. 164, 175 (1972) (footnote omitted).
I hope citizenship rights to the children of illegals is changed to its legislative intent. American citizenship is a cherish privilege and should treated as such. We are granting way too many people US citizenship who are disloyal to this country!

Citizenship is bestowed upon an individual by virtue of being a person in the United States, he is entitled to his citizenship and civil rights as a human being, these rights are given by God or nature and can be taken by no man or government.

You’re entitled to your opinion, provided you understand it is wrong. I'm thankful for the rule of law accordingly.

Incorrectly ruled!

By what authority or precedent do you make that determination.

everyone knows mexicans hate blacks

but they won't admit it on camera unless they are like the street trash in your video.

Everybody also knows bullfighter, lostamerican, brokenarrow, etc, etc, etc... hates blacks and probably calls them "monkeys" offline but you won't hear him saying it here because he wants to create a "united american front" against the spawn of satan, aka, mexicans.

He's unbelievably dumb but not dumb enough to ignore the fact that he needs to hide his prejudice against blacks in order to avoid alienating a significant portion of the american population.

Tank at least was courageous enough to get out of the closet and admit his racism against all non whites.

Thank you for proving my point about you being a racist

By your definition, Mexicans can do no wrong. They are the chosen ones!

Never said ANYTHING to that effect.

All people are just people.

You think you belong to the master race for some reason.

All of science tells us there is no real differance between people because of where their ancestors are from.

You just dont like sceince and perfer to create a world full of hate.

If were all the same, why are testing standards lowered for blacks?

BUT, if Mexicans were really interested in becoming Americans and weren't the filthy liers that we all know they are, they would make some attempt at learning English and would stop listening to that stupid circus music they love so much and try a little Mozart or Sinatra. But since they can't even run Latin America without looking like tree swinging chimps that have to be taken care of by the gringos up north, just keep calling everyone that points out the truth to them racist. It's much easier.

lol tank...

Just off the top of my head, I can think of more than a dozen really great black musicians that contributed to American music for every one Latino that made a similar contribution.

How about you?
