both died natural deaths as leaders of their countries.

Both should have been tried and executed for war crimes.

Nobody was about to try Stalin lol - rights of the victors....................

Considering Spain was not involved in any wars under Franco, what war crimes should he have been charges with?

Simplifications are often a cover for simple lies.

Spain contributed a division The Blue Division that fought alongside the Germans on the Russian Front. Then tere were all of Francos atrocities in the Spanish Civil War.

There were atrocities committed on all sides, why single out just Franco? Besides, making what is essentially a reactionary statement without understanding the political, economic and cultural upheaval at the time is rather cretinous, don't you agree?

Sweden provided volunteers to fight on the Eastern front too. I guess you want the Swedisch King and government tried for war crimes too?

Franco's troops certainly committed atrocities during the civil war, but this was not an international conflict but a domestic conflict. And at least equally griesome atrocities were committed by the Republican side.

To continue the policy of unconditional surrender and possible trial of Hirohito might have cost America how many lives?

Collaboration with Hitler on the bombing of Guernica.

And you've heard of the Spanish Civil War, right?
