Blacks kill twice as many whites every year and destroy our cities. They're a race that can't be helped...

We don't need them expanding while the intelligent races die off. That won't help anyone.

Settle down there Matthew, sure, Democrats have failed the Black race in the inner cities in jobs, education and opportunity but you can't really blame the Black race for that. You're coming off as a racist and a quite uniformed person.

This is true. It is a fact that blacks are less educated overall than the other races today, however it is still a product of segregation in the 50s and to some degree the 60s.
What it comes down to is that those blacks living in that time period were denied a proper education, which lead to lower incomes in the 60s, then you factor in the racism that kept blacks out of jobs in the 60s and you end up with a generation of blacks in the 70s that could not afford to go to college. which in turn leads to a lower college and pay rate in the 80s.
Even though it is getting better, the fact remains that the economic damage from the 50s and 60s is still being felt in the black community. This leads to a feeling of hopelessness and inadequacy for the inner city youth, and this perpetuates the problem. They see no honest way out so they turn to crime, selling drugs, theft etc...
Instead of giving away welfare to calm the blacks down, the democrats need to work on ways to bring education and opportunity to the black communities. Nothing can or will change until you have a generation of black youth that see opportunity in their future.
So as far as they cant be helped, that is an incorrect statement, the statement should be that they cant be helped with democratic solutions.

Actually, I don't think you are on the right track....it was the welfare programs that broke up poor families, including black families which created single, teenage mother led households. After generations of single teenagers raising children, who then raised children....and during the this time the only role models were other teenagers raised by teenagers.....a culture was created that did not understand how to get out of the poverty they were in....with less self control because it was never role modeled for them by mature, responsible adults.

Then, add to that the control of the education system by democrat unions and teachers, who are graduating as little as 50% of the students in these inner city schools and the graduates who do make it through often can't read, or do math at a high school level.....and you put the finishing touch on the futures of these poor children...and you have democrat politicians and unions standing in the school house doors keeping the students in....this time, instead of keeping them out, like last time, ensuring that they can't escape and get real educations.....

That is the problem.....

And yet, more than half of those on welfare are white. Most Americans are educated by teachers who belong to unions. Clearly, there is something more to the poverty in inner cities than your asinine theories. Would not have anything to do with the institutional racism that kept blacks in such places, without the opportunity to work, without access to the same education that white kids got in the suburbs. Would not have anything to do with ignorant fucks like you who need to think that they are superior because of their race cause, by any other measure, they are inferior human beings?
