Hillary has broad support but very little depth of support because her leftist base is annoying even most liberals. Trump needs a break in the economy to win and he most likely get it.

When oil goes up so does the stock market. Therefore the average voter will either see prices at the pump go up or the value of their retirement accounts go down in the run up to the election the question is how bad the swing will be? If big Trump wins if small Hillary. So polish up your crystal ball and voice an opinion on the subject.

Pretty much. It may not have been obvious in Munich but Hillary has the least bad reputation of Democrats with name recognition. Trump got in because the Rs are way too cozy with the Ds. The Ds and the Rs are pretty much politically within a very narrow band well to the right of centre, both look after big business before the people and both make big issues of little issues to keep the media from sniffing around the real story, which makes the idiots screaming about "far left" politics all the more stupid.

You missed the fact that Sanders is a registered Socialist? Admittedly most of the far left are rent a protestors but they have well heeled backers because left-liberal politicians have the better network for getting bribes without getting caught, at least here in the US.

The Rs are significantly less competent at getting bribes without getting caught. At least 4 member states of the blue wall should go into public default in the next term: 12 at risk and the over/under is 8 in case you are wondering where the minimum 4 came from. The Blackrock/ishares funds by state will give you the states at risk and one of those blue state maps to check (Some of the at risk states are purple and some of the national blue states have red capitals

And you enforce my point right there. Socialist isn't far left, it's proper left. Far left is marx-lenin-mao and beyond, that you think calling yourself socialist makes you "far left" shows how skewed American politics is to the right.

More like a self-fulfilling prophecy at the moment. The investment, direct and indirect, in US oil production is larger than what was thought. On this kind of mess selling what you can to stay solvent is the only game in town for highly leveraged traders. Judging by actions I am of the opinion that we are seeing the fracking oil production equivalent of Atari and Commodore making Apple and Microsoft look pathetic. The normal inverse correlation of oil prices v. stock prices should hit when everybody is sold on positive correlation.
