I have no fondness for Hillary or trust in her reverence for the Constitution. that said if you read further in the article she does say:

Which is sort of OK and on track.

So what? She is still sympathazing and telling the terrorists their feelings are justified.

How many times can this go on? The west has been apologizing to islam since Salman Rushdie wrote the Satanic Verses. Today though, Clinton may have gone too far. She blamed the Constitution that permits criticism of islam.

Why do you think that governments need to sponsor hate speech in order to not be apologizing?

The administration didn't, Obama's re-election campaign did. I can understand how you would be confused between what a Presidential administration is and what a Presidential election campaign is.

And if we aren't to take the statements of the embassy as the statements of the administration - then Romney was bitching about a statement that didn't come from the administration.

She should be ashamed of herself and we should all be ashamed of her and her boss. Instead of apologizing for the film, Clinton should be boasting that America has fought long and hard to establish freedom of speech, without which real democracy is impossible, and that until Muslim countries do the same, they will never have real democracy and the people there will never be free.

Don't like the film, don't watch it, but don't you dare try to dictate to us what kinds of films can be made in America, and Hillary, don't you dare apologize to anyone for Americans exercising their freedom of speech no matter what you think of the film.

Clinton and Obama have not been strong ambassadors for American values around the world, and this failure has helped to diminish respect for America around the world and has been a betrayal of those who hope to establish in their countries the rights and freedoms the founding fathers proclaimed all men were entitled to.

They say their apologies for people in America exercising those rights Americans have bled and died to establish is ok because they are only doing it appease the people who tear down churches and synagogues and Sikh temples and Hindu temples and Buddhist temples, but American values were not established by people who were afraid to stand up for them and they cannot be protected by people who are afraid to stand up for them.
