Clinton also said that she would “do everything I can to rally people against this pernicious, corrupting influence,” referring to the NRA.



Clinton thought it is “despicable” that individuals can openly carry semi-automatic rifles.



She stated: “The idea that you can have an open carry permit with an AK-47 over your shoulder walking up and down the aisles of a supermarket is just despicable.”

Stupid move on Hillary's part. Maybe she is desperate due to her image already being in the crapper and Biden on the verge of entering the race and knocking her off her perch.

I don't see any benefit for her going out of her way to blast the NRA at this point in the Presidential race.
The anti-gun loons are solidly on the left side of the political spectrum, they are going to vote for whoever the Dem nominee is.

Looks like she took the traditional strategy of trying to portray herself as a "moderate" and pitched it in the dumpster.
