In her last rant regarding why she lost, she still blames the Russians, yet she never gets into the details of how the Russians were able to break into all the "Red Precincts" and got their hands on the ballots !!! 
This is like blaming your dog or goat for eating your homework/homework assignment and could not explain how your homework wound up on the floor of your home, fully accessable to all the pets !!!
