Reporter: Can I ask you theologically, do you believe that the resurrection of Jesus actually happened, that it actually historically did happen?

Senator Clinton: Yes, I do.

Maybe Hillary will pick Huckaby for a running mate.....

Good catch Einstein.

Perhaps you should re-enroll in remedial 8th grade american history. Every major candidate for president in american history has been a Christian.

Perhaps you should revisit the lefts comments on Huckaby and Romney when THEIR religion was the issue....

That's because Huckabee is a nutter who thinks the constitution should be amended to reflect his chosen religion.

It wasn't the left who had issues with Romney, snookums. It was the evangelicals on your side of the picket fence. Romney seemed way more normal to me than they do...

just sayin'

And, y'all let us know the day Hillary Clinton tries to legislate her religion into law... then we'll chat about her religious views. Other than that, couldn't give a hoot.

You really aren't very bright are you?

You don't appear to have the foggiest clue about christians. Wait. You wouldn't happen to be a covert islamist al qaeda cell member would you? Because every christian on the planet believes in the resurection of Christ.

The problem with Huckelberry was...how to put this delicately...he was insane. He wanted to teach "creationism" is science classes, and he wanted to amend the constitution to reflect his biblical views.

Yea thats crazy... Why educate our children on what 99% of the world believes... You view on the subject is the idiotic one...

What is it you think 99% of the worl believes?

In a supreme being...

Dont nit-pic jill... you know exactly what I mean... for some reason the all excepting liberals heads seem to sink neck deep in the sand when confronted with the fact that world religions do exist, and our children should be as educated in all of them as extensivly as they are tought math and science...

What are you afraid of... God forbid kids are educated on the FACT that just about the entire planet worships a GOD of some kind...

Maybe americans would have a better Idea of the insane teachings of musilm extremists....

As far as you liberals go...

Ignorance is bliss...

I don't think anyone has a problem with religion being taught. I think people *should* understand each others' beliefs.

But it's that pesky separation of church and state thing that doesn't let the STATE get involved in it.

I read all of the posts on this and you are making an irrational point. I am a Christian and I agree with Hillary. Now, does that make me a hypocrite because I usually vote Democratic? I don't think so.

Huck seemed not to understand the seperation of Church and State.

I "understand" other religions until their religion tells them to kill members of mine.

Then I have no problem with closing the "understanding" door right in their face and holding them accountable for their actions. Regardless of their religion.

Did you hear the Pal Muslims celebrating over the Christian kids killed in Jerusalem?

Perhaps you should revisit the lefts comments on Huckaby and Romney when THEIR religion was the issue....

Huh??? You need to get out of that cave once in a while, Huckabee used that against Romney and the right wing Christian conservatives used religious tests on everyone else. But religion has no place in politics and if you live long enough you will see an atheist who is open about her lack of belief - I am pretty sure we have already had an atheist in office.

"I am tolerant of all creeds. Yet if any sect suffered itself to be used for political objects I would meet it by political opposition. In my view church and state should be separate, not only in form, but fact. Religion and politics should not be mingled." Millard Fillmore, 13th U. S. President [1850-1853], in an address during the 1856 Presidential election.
