I watched this one episode and Tom Dwan has spooky good instincts. Had he rereaised PF here that would have ended the hand for him because it's hard to see Eastgate dropping AK, so he either flats or 4 bets, and even if Eastgate flats, Greenstein 4 bets AA here 110% of the time and Dwan is out of the hand.
