This is a hate crime against the white students. The DOJ should take action, but they have said they will not prosecute any cases where Whites are the victims so that's not going to happen.

you need to read the story, it was against other black students. It really doesn't make any difference, it was wrong. There need to be a punishment for these kids who act without thinking that is more than suspension or a fine. Put them to work in the land fill for a few weeks, something that is not cool. A lot of kids today think that the rules don't apply to them because they are cool.
