The 2009 tax amnesty program was anonymous, and nearly 15,000 uber-rich turned themselves into the program. If Romney had participated in it, it would mean he admitted to committing tax fraud to the IRS in exchange for anonymity and some of the money he owes.

Its actually the only thing I can think of he'd be hiding. We already know he was a lobbyist.
