He's not "Home Alone", he's "Goin' mobile" with meds and a bag of good weed.

Actor Macaulay Culkin pleaded guilty today to misdemeanor drug charges in Oklahoma City and was given a one-year deferred sentence.

He may not have been a victim of sexual predatation by Michael Jackson but he's on the road and lit up.

    You have to register.

Besides, it's a shame he said MJ didn't molest him. Now he can't use that as the cause of his behaviour.

The former child star of the "Home Alone" movies pleaded guilty to possession of medication without a prescription and possession of marijuana. In addition to the deferred sentence the 24-year-old Culkin must pay $540 in court fees.

Culkin was arrested last September after police stopped a car he was riding in and found more than a half ounce of marijuana and several tablets of Xanax, a prescription drug used to treat depression and panic disorders.

Assistant District Attorney Greg Mashburn says Culkin completed all requirements that included passing a drug and alcohol assessment.
