What's funny is, the cons are trying to blame it on Democrats.

How can you have a government shutdown when one party controls both Congress and the White House? If it happens, it will be because Republicans couldn't keep key factions of their party happy or curry favor with Democrats over immigration — not to mention tweets undermining the negotiations from President Trump himself.

The bottom line: In order to pass the continuing resolution (CR) that will fund the government past its Friday deadline, GOP leadership must win over two key contingents: Senate Democrats and members of the House Freedom Caucus. Right now, it's hard to see the path that would allow them to satisfy both.

Simple. Democraps want amnesty for DACA clowns and President Trump said no,so now snowflakes are throwing a fit and closing down government over it.

IF they all lost pay permanently during any "shutdown" there would never be any "shutdowns". Pay the essentials only. Let the rest of the Bureaucrats go unpaid from now to the end of year! what a dream world we could have.

Remember the last shutdown? First thing J. Boehner did was rush a bill to pay any and all GOVT employees in full for not working. What a sap he was. The swamp is still full of those not supporting Trump......same thing as not supporting American Citizens.

so it shuts down.....last time it did the country still was running....the only people who did not work were the non essential workers, and they got reimbursed later on...

The bottom line is people seeing that US citizens are shit to the Democrats.

I hope they DO shut it down. The last time it happened the American people figured out that there is a whole lot of non essential government out there. They need a refresher so we can shrink it even more.
