    3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
    3/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Store in an airtight container.

To serve, stir 2 tablespoons creamer into 6 ounces of hot coffee.

    Yields about 12 servings.

Wow! I have spent years ordering flavored creamer from the US when stuck in the UK where they don't do flavored creamers. You have no idea how useful that info is!!

How does a teaspoon of extract absorb all those dry ingredients?
Sounds like it would have the consistency of Play D'oh.
