Here's a good easy to make Amaretto Coffee Creamer

3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
3/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Store in an airtight container.

To serve, stir 2 tablespoons creamer into 6 ounces of hot coffee.

Yields about 12 servings.

Wow! I have spent years ordering flavored creamer from the US when stuck in the UK where they don't do flavored creamers. You have no idea how useful that info is!!
