Worms don’t escape, unless you’re a negligent pet owner. They eat carrot and potato peelings, salad leftovers, etc, make a good worm juice to pour on the orchids, worm castings for the garden. Best of all, they don’t bark, or have fleas and you can set them up and leave for weeks without getting a neighbor to watch them.

By not feeding them. Not putting them in a cool location. Letting them freeze in winter. Not reading them bedtime stories every night. Duh.

I miss having chickens. Out of town too much the last couple years.

But, yeah, they better start laying some eggs for you. You're not running a damn Holiday Inn.

we just do chickens and duck and dogs and cats..and any other stray that wonders up....i got a stern talking to from my vet today....out of 3 dogs....3 are overweight....my doberman is 102 lbs....*hiding face*
