What' so bad about a guy in yer neighborhood that watches out for that neighborhood? Especially nowadays?

We have a neighborhood watch program here. But what is different with this guy is that he tells us two things. First that he is armed. And second, that he is self appointed.

Sounds a lot like that other nut.........
