Heinz distancing itself from Kerry

uhhh, did you not even read that?

"The company has not seen any effect on sales."

That is really funny though.

There should be a candidate supporting Hunt's.

That way Heinz would HAVE to get Kerry just to publicise for marketing.

Bush could then support French's and claim that mustard is the way to go.

You could get a Constitutionalist to then yell "Where's the BEEF!?!?"

I did read it. I just happened to think about what I was reading. Tell me, would any company distance themselves from a politician if there wasnt some financial reason? if it didnt matter either way, they wouldnt care.

No company wants to be associated with politics...no matter who the person...If Heinz were associated with Kerry they would of course be afraid that Kerry non supporters would purchase their competition...so why bother? Let it be known they are out to sell Ketchup - nothing more - nothing less - vote for who you wish.

Apparently the company is hurting in revenues cause of Kerry's connection.

Of course there's going to be a financial reason, but you said that they were hurting in revenues now, which they aren't. They just foresee the likelyhood of hurt revenues.
