What we are battling here is a heaven on earth mentality known as socialism. Most conservatives are content with letting heaven exist in the spiritual plane and allowing the natural world to be as God intended it to be. Most socialist want to suck heaven from the afterlife and into the natural world which is why they keep talking of "progress" for humanity.
Locke talked of natural rights while Rossieu talked of divinity of man. Do you see the difference between the two?
