Coming after the gangland threats to the personal safety, job security, reputation, (insert any other characterization) of the Ambassador witness--now even also broadcast worldwide, from a Tweet: HearSay is no longer a relevant concept in defense of the Trump Administration. The apparent intimidation acts are two. The first one is possibly public, heard into the streets of Kiev at the time--that President getting his ear as far away from the phone as he could. Rep. Stefanik would further go on, during the day, to disagree with the Trump Witness-intimidation Tweet: The Tweet happened in public, reported all over. Office of Management and Budget will possibly testify that the United States in fact spends a lot of money. The Budget process originates at the White House. "Pleasure of the President," can be taken to mean a blacklist--usually informal, not made public. Damage can be put into a lot of mechanisms, intending harm.

The Trump July 25, phone. . . .incident(?). . .may in fact have driven the people listening in, wherever in Ukraine: Into the streets, covering their ears--yelling at the people to all take cover. The Republicans are contending that even a police officer report, hearsay, is prima facie inadmissible which is not in the federal rules of evidence. Public Officers have a different standard applied.

The spoof of it all is the amassador having to hold the phone out at arm's length to take the corroborating phone call from the condemned-criminal-apparent, presiding in the White House.

An apparent good question could be to ask: Just who was not on the phone calls(?)!
