HEALTH CARE REFORM; A BEGINNING.

Healthcare reform is a beginning to reforming healthcare. It is not going to happen over night. It will be a implemented over a period of years and in the long run will pay for itself in savings. What part of “we are already paying” do these people not understand? And the solution is not reforming private healthcare or community healthcare co-ops which would need billions from the government they hate. And community healthcare co-ops will not cover all and give those covered a choice. They do no cover the mentally ill and disabled, the unemployable and the elderly. Universal healthcare works in countries that have it and most are not bogged down in unending and unwinnable war costing them billions. Stop these useless wars, bring our troops and money home.

A man just called in to C-Span and stated; “It is not the governments responsibility to provide healthcare to people” The man gets his medical care from the Veterans administration.? What kind of reasoning is that? Typical sentiment at town hall meetings. Most of the people in town hall meeting and tea parties are retired veterans and older people who are on social security and medicare and they complain the loudest against government and socialism.

Town hall meeting and tea parties are not mainstream America and do not speak for me and millions of other Americans. These people are make up of old and young racist Obama haters and who kept silence for 8 years of Bushites sending this country down to hell.
GOD HELP US IF THESE PEOPLE SPEAK FOR AMERICA.
