There already is a law to block people from seeing another person's personal medical records.

Hawaii is considering a special law because the birthers won't accept that the State of Hawaii has, in accordance with the law, verified that Obama was born there (twice).

In other words, the conspiracy theorists are starting to annoy the shit out of them and they are going to create a legislative equivalent of "STFU".
