having to make lunches again......

i have to make hubby lunch....the traffic is so bad in boone ...no one wants to go out and its expensive....now here is what i have made:

two chicken salad sammies (chicken salad in wide mouth jar bread in baggie)
cookes (oreo's double stuff)
celery stuff with goat cheese
apple
2 bananas
2 canada dry

that is for 2 breaks and lunch...is it enough...he is an eater

That sounds like a great lunch. I just pack a sandwich of some sort everyday for myself, he takes dinner leftovers and heats it up.

Get a ton of Gladware, too.

Packing a lunch everyday saves a TON of money.

Quick and easy. Sometimes I'll toss a few cookies in a container. Oh, and I keep my little fridge stocked with...
