1. Convert all profit-making enterprise to public ownership.
2. Repudiate all debts of the former "order".
3. Exchange all existing currency to a new form based upon a magnetic plastic card. This, of course, limited to reasonable amounts eligible for exchange with all excess reverting to generalized public benefit.
4. Daily, reassess the value of the credit on each personal economic card according to relative value of commodities essential to sustaining life.
5. Nationalize all real estate, particularly housing and redistribute it according to family size and need.
6. Equalize all employment, including those currently not engaged in same so that everyone receives equal credit either weekly or daily. The choice between those two relative to access to facilities to conveniently recharge or discharge their personal plastic.
7. Encourage individual gardening and raising of livestock for nutritional purposes with all harvests brought to a central marketplace in each community for distribution according to need.
