When you think of valuable collectibles, you usually wouldn't think of a 1990-91 Hoops basketball card given the millions of cards that were printed that year. Yet oddly, and suddenly, a common Mark Jackson card from that set is hot and selling for over 5,000% more than it was a few months ago. This nickle or less card is suddenly selling for $25+, but why? It's not because he made it into the hall of fame... or that the card is some kind of error card... but instead for a very odd reason. If you look into the background of the card, you can see Erik and Lyle Menendez sitting in the front row seats. To make things even more creepy, when looking at the dates the picture for the card could have possibly been taken, it would have been the day after they had killed their parents.
