John Kerry seems to be back in the lineup for SOS since Barry's babe can't seem to get her story straight about Benghazi. The successful SOS candidate will be a democrat no matter what so why not the haughty urbane senator from Mass? Will the fact that he recommended himself for a Silver Star for single handedly running down and shooting and killing a (unarmed) VC who fired a RPG at his boat make a difference in the rarefied atmosphere of the diplomatic service? Has any other US secretary of state ever shot someone? The media hyped "citizen soldier" George Marshall was secretary of state but the closest he came to combat was commanding a regiment of CCC laborers. As a matter of fact he should have been court martialed for failing to warn Pearl Harbor when he had the chance.
