I'm pretty sure Obama wouldn't have done anything about countries like Iran and North Korea having electromagnetic pulse missile technology since he was obviously doing all he could to take America down but the question is, has anyone informed President Trump of the impending problem or that it would take a relatively an inexpensive amount like 400 million to safeguard against it?
