Home sales are apparently increasing yet a smaller percentage own homes. This is just another case of the intended results is exactly the opposite of reality.

Harvard Home ownership at 20-year low blacks suffer most Washington Examiner

Overall, home ownership, the cornerstone of the American Dream, is down to 63 percent, a far cry from the 69 percent registered in 2004. The Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University's annual "State of the Nation's Housing" report said current home ownership percentages rival that of 1993.

By the rule of disparate impact, those banks that are not lending to blacks are racist.

Tsunami hits Japan >>> blacks suffer most
Record breaking snow in Iceland >>> blacks suffer most
Freezing temperatures on Antarctica >>>> blacks suffer most
SpaceX rocket explodes >>> blacks suffer most
So what's new?

I've read articles that stated the same thing. In addition, we have more citizens receiving some form of government assistance, more workers in part-time jobs, temporary jobs, and low wage jobs. A higher cost of living, including increased cost of higher education, increased health care cost, higher rent, higher utilities, and higher food cost. We have troubled pension funds, cities going bankrupt, malls shutting down, retail chains cutting back employees and closing stores, and less spendable income in the pockets of consumers.

Why does it matter how many people own a home?

The reason we had the housing bubble burst was because they were forced to lend to people that couldn't pay the mortgage. Not having the money to pay for a loan isn't racist you dumbass.

The economy is just awful. Worse than it was in 2008. Obama has tanked the American economy!!
Keep on cheering for failure. One of these days it will result in a huge amount of bliss...err more failure. There's no failing your way to success outside the obie admin.

According to the lib theory of disparate impact it is.

That is why they made those loans.

Wasn't the first black President supposed to be what's new? Things have gotten much worse for African Americans on his watch.
