Harry Reid's union thugs illegally paying people to vote with free meals, gift cards.

Wingnut Logic 101

Free hamburgers and hot dog = OK
Free food = Not OK

:cuckoo:

Hey fucktard, I wasn't talking about your example alone. I was talking about the OP and your example. Which is why I didn't quote you.

I don't give a shit if chips and a sandwich are given to Reid supporters in Nevada or SD Republicans at a rally.

Only wingnuts view everything as an attack on their political ideology. That would include you sugar-britches.

Sure you were!! :eusa_whistle:

I'm sure your response was not a weak attempt to CYA after being exposed as a partisan hypocrit.

Here's a thread on the exact same subject. I said the same thing:

http://www.usmessageboard.com/politics/138934-gift-cards-and-free-food-being-handed-out-in-exchange-for-harry-reid-votes.html#post2893978

Are you done looking like a hack yet? Or do you wish to embarrass yourself further?

You're calling somebody else partisan? You are one of the most partisan posters at this forum. Stop calling the kettle black, pot. How old are you anyway, 12? That's about the level of maturity and intelligence you espouse here.

People like Sangha simply can't comprehend people who call hacks on their shit, no matter which side of the political divide they fall on.

I believe you!! Really, I do :eusa_whistle:

I would never imply that you were being a hypocrit in more than one thread.

I'd never imply that you had the cranial capacity larger than a gnat either.

Back to the OP.

Angle's attorney is an idiot. Unless they were handing out the food as they were entering or leaving the voting booth, this is a non-starter.

Food has been handed out at political rallies for decades. The only difference between this time and the others is that there's a larger than normal moron running for office, who is going to lose, despite the fact that Jeffery Dahmer could have taken this one from Reid.

Angle is a idiot who gave the race to Reid.

It's not the first time this woman's made unfounded accusations of illegal activity against an opponent either. People need to do a little research before they bite the hook on these fundraising mailers. All sorts of little oopsies can happen in the copywriting process.

And FYI...get out the vote events have been happening within these campaigns for almost 2 weeks if the managers know what they're doing. It's called the phone bank and the canvas, supplemented by appearances and rallies. You prime, then you pump. Whatever some of the folks posting on this thread have been smoking, it's long past time to pass. :D

Too bad I gave that stuff up 14 years ago.

Me too, longer than that actually. But it would make a lot of posts more comprehensible.

Probably right on that one.

What I want to know is, am I the only one who find it ironic that the campaign attorney with a history of making false allegations against opponents would sign a fundraising letter begging for $80k immediately....so they can pay for lawyers?

I don't think it falls under the definition of irony. Maybe chutzpah

Ironic? No

Rightwingers have a long history of fleecing wingnuts. Just look at Sarah Palin

Meh, both sides make outrageous claims to raise cash.

It does take some brass ones.

But nobody ever accused these people of being smart. A ham sandwich could have taken Reid down this time around and I would have cheered, but Angle is struggling. Go figure.

Republicans are going to look back on this shit and say "Yeah, we took the house...but how much more could we have won if these morons hadn't fucked things up all over the place".

Oh, but the people giving the hundreds of millions to the Chamber of Commerce are foriegn corperations, and the Supreme Court has decided that they are the real people.

Apparently millions of dollars in foreign money going to unions qualifies as real people as well.

Ask Unions Whether Foreign Money Is Pouring In: Kevin Hassett - BusinessWeek

Factual post. Many in this thread won't comment on this as they choose to ignore the reality that many a union has international tentacles.

Speaking of unions, here in Vegas yesterday, some strip casinos used their buses to transport union employees to the Boulevard mall for early voting while on the clock. Must be nice to get paid while having your ass transported to and from the polls. Don't know if they were treated to 'Harry Reid burgers', tho.

Oh my, already preparing the excuses for the rejection of the idiocy you numbnuts support?

Folks, better take this post seriously, 'cause here's a guy who knows idiocy.

Apparently. He knows you and your ilk. And that's definitely idiocy. For instance, I doubt if you read the article that you based this thread on. It's a fund raising letter from Angle's attorney. And you begin a thread as if it's gospel. That's idiocy!!
