I just wanted to take a moment and wish everybody on the board a Happy New Year. No matter who you are, I hope you have a very good and successful 2010 and, if possible, all of your most desired wants or needs somehow get fulfilled. It's hard to look into the crystal ball and see what 2010 has to offer us, but I am sure it will be filled with events that will make us all scratch our heads and ask the question that mankind has been asking ever since the dawn of time. That question is "WTF?". Happy New Year everybody.

To those who I agree with, kudos... to those I have disagreed with and still found meaningful debate and discussion.. kudos... to those I have just had fun posting with... kudos... and I wish the best for you all, and to your families, in the upcoming new year

So now it's Day One of the second decade of the 21st Century. (Actually that was 2009, but let's not get technical.)

Politically, I'm going to try to be more accepting of different ideologies and opinions without getting angry.

Personally, I'm going to:

-- Stop thinking every strange pain surely means an impending health crisis. I will end my addiction to my 1000-page Merk Medical Manual, convinced that I have everything in it.

-- Stop fretting that it now takes twice as long to look half as good.

-- Stop pondering my moment of death and/or what happens when one dies.

-- Embrace my long and lucky life so far and stop agonizing over the future.
