GAZA,(PIC)-- The Palestinian Prime Minister, Ismail Haniyeh, received a delegation from the Arab front, representing several Egyptian parties, where he expressed appreciation for their visit that came in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Haniyeh stressed that the delegation's visit came in light of the Egyptian official and popular important role in supporting the Palestinian case and the Palestinian people.
The delegation's visit came after Sinai attack to prove the constant Egyptian supportive position towards the Palestinian case despite the attempts that aimed to foil the Egyptian Palestinian relations, Haniyeh added.
He pointed out that the tunnels on the Egyptian Palestinian borders were a temporary solution due to the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip and they will be demolished when the border crossings are fully open and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted, stressing on the Egyptian Palestinian security cooperation.
A Palestinian high-level delegation was sent to Egypt to discuss the latest developments concerning the Sinai attack, confirming that no Gazan involvement in this attack.
The Palestinian Legislative Council PLC also has received the delegation, considering the visit as historical and appreciating the Egyptian facilities provided at Rafah crossing after the Egyptian revolution.
