Hamas Reiterates Claim to All of Israel

Palestine is an alternate name for ISRAEL/JUDEA it was imposed by INVADERS upon that land and, in fact, was always a foreign word for all
of the people who lived in that country-----despite the fact that jews COULD
pronounce it. Written in hebrew-----it is a word of MANY letters----because it is a FOREIGN WORD. Most hebrew words are only about four or five letters----or even less----- uhm Palestine-----has something like eight or nine---or something like that ---it is clearly a FOREIGN WORD in hebrew and
not even PRONOUNCIBLE by the late comers to the area---ARABIC
SPEAKING PEOPLE Only an idiot would claim the eternal existence of
a country which was named a FOREIGN NAME-----by invaders into that land more than 2000 years ago-----and many centuries later invaded by a people who cannot even SAY the name given it by foreign invaders and in fact -----after it was renamed and sacked by that forreign invader was NEVER A COUNTRY again ------until its original inhabitants re established it. "PALESTINE" was a jewish country----renamed as such by roman invaders MILLENIA ago-------------it was never a ROMAN COUNTRY and it was certainly never AN ARAB MUSLIM COUNTRY and never will be. Jews ----who own the country call it ISRAEL Less than 50 years ago a group of idiot frauds DECIDED that calling themselves PALESTINIANS would render the land THEIRS

Irrelevance extraordinaire.

i'd call it "revisionist history extraordinaire"...
and nakba denial.

Or as Chomsky has said, Reshaped History:

"Turning to unacceptable history, in February 1971 Sadat offered a full peace treaty to Israel, in accord with then- official US policy -- specifically, Israeli withdrawal from the Sinai -- with scarcely even a gesture to Palestinian rights.

"Jordan followed with similar offers. Israel recognised that it could have full peace, but Golda Meir's Labour government chose to reject the offers in favour of expansion, then into the northeast Sinai, where Israel was driving thousands of Bedouins into the desert and destroying their villages, mosques, cemeteries, homes, in order to establish the all-Jewish city of Yamit.

"The crucial question, as always, was how the US would react.

"Kissinger prevailed in an internal debate, and the US adopted his policy of 'stalemate': no negotiations, only force. The US continued to reject -- more accurately, ignore -- Sadat's efforts to pursue a diplomatic course, backing Israel's rejectionism and expansion.

"That stance led to the 1973 War, which was a very close call for Israel and possibly the world; the US called a nuclear alert. By then even Kissinger understood that Egypt could not be dismissed as a basket case, and he began his 'shuttle diplomacy', leading to the Camp David meetings at which the US and Israel accepted Sadat's 1971 offer -- but now with far harsher terms, from the US-Israeli point of view.

"By then the international consensus had come to recognise Palestinian national rights, and, accordingly, Sadat called for a Palestinian state, anathema to the US-Israel."

When will the "chosen people" choose Peace?

Do not let it bother you Tinnie------it will change nothing-----in your world ---the entire middle east is "muslim land" and some day the MOGHUL EMPIRE will be re-established and-----the TRAGEDY OF ANDALUSIA ----will be reversed you want sicily too?

That does not answer the question.

You should not need to have this repeatedly explained to you.
"Right of Return" is code for "demographically destroy the Jewish Homeland" and Hamas, like you, considers all of Israel to be "Palestinian" territory. Hamas's rejection of compromise in that area is consistent with their charter:
"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it.."
"The Islamic Resistance Movement ... strives to raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine..."
"The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews)..."
"The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Moslem generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up."

Now stop pretending you don't know this, ASSHOLE.

So true, Sayit. A few months ago? that self serving organisation UNRWA claimed there are nearly 5 million 'palestinian' 'refugees'. Its a great pity they decided it was a good idea to make a special case out of 'palestinians' and bestow on them inheritable refugee status when for the rest of the world that is not the case. Kept themselves in work for over half a century and encouraged neighbouring countries not to award citizenship as the potential for propaganda gained from a limitless undending supply of whining happless victims for the cause was/is too good an Israel bashing eapon to pass up. How many of these 'refugees' would have that status if they weren't under UNRWA's umbrella but under the UN's in general like those of other countries/wars? It is estimated that between 30 - 40-% of Palestinian refugees were born after 1997 - ie they are under 15 years old!
Fortunately there is no precedent in international law for compelling a country to facilitate right of return to belligerents, the UNRWA recommendations are not legally binding in international law and anyway are overrided by the right to self determination as jus cogens - compelling law - that takes precedence over the right of return since that would likely end in Israels destruction. And let us not forget, most of these 'refugees' never lived in the places they are claiming a right to 'return' to, most of those that did have passed away. Aint never gonna happen.

"The Palestinians still have the upper hand because they have never surrendered to Israel and have never ceded any land."

whatevah floats your boat, tinnie it might interest you to know that the JEWS never ceded any land to arab invaders and never surrendered even to the romans An interesting tidbit is that Hebron was the first capital of Israel---having been purchased WITH CASH by Abraham-----and was never ever sold to any arab In fact it was RE PURCHASED---(just to humor the meccaists of turkey) in the 1800s and still never sold ----and never ceded so in the mind of a tinnie-----WHO OWNS IT? do not be shy tinnie----if you support acqusition of land by virtue of slit throat YOU COULD ARGUE that your side ACQUIRED THAT CITY IN 1929

Despite the bogus claims of some Hamas apologists here, the duly-elected terror-rat gov't of "Palestine" has once again stated they have no interest in rational discussions which could end the suffering of those hapless "Palestinians." Peaceful coexistence just isn't on their agenda:
Hamas PM blasts Palestinian leader over TV remarks

By DIAA HADID | Associated Press – 22 hrs ago

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) — The prime minister of the Hamas-ruled Gaza strip criticized the Palestinian president on Friday for comments given to Israeli media, alleging that they contradict longtime Palestinian territorial demands.

Ismail Haniyeh said Friday that Mahmoud Abbas' remarks, aired on Israel's Channel 2, were "extremely dangerous."

Abbas, who was speaking about borders of a future Palestinian state, said the West Bank, Gaza and east Jerusalem are Palestine — and the rest is Israel.

He said that while he would like to see his birthplace — Safed, now a town in northern Israel — he doesn't want to live there.

"I am a refugee but I am living in Ramallah. I believe that the West Bank and Gaza is Palestine. And the other parts is Israel," Abbas said. "I want to see Safed. It is my right to see it but not to live there," he said.

Palestinian officials did not return calls seeking comment. But Abbas's remarks broadly reflect the official Palestinian position of reaching an agreement where refugees will receive compensation while a smaller amount would be allowed back.

Gaza's Islamic militant Hamas movement, alongside many other Palestinians, said Abbas' remarks suggested millions of refugees and their descendants would not return to the places they fled in wars with Israel.
