Hamas Is Exempt From Blame For Using Civilian Locations To Attack From

P F Tinmore, et al,

OK, then I have a question.

(QUESTION)

What is wrong with this statement?
  • The "Israel conducts strikes and fire missions" in the direction the "tunnels are dug and where rockets and mortars" come from.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Why is there always a double standard?
The only double standard is yours, claiming that the purposeful firing of rockets mortars and missiles at civilian towns and structures is some how acceptable but not returning fire at the sites that fired them.
Whyizzit when Israel flattens entire neighborhoods killing hundreds of civilians it is self defense. when Hamas fires a rocket that kicks up a little sand it is a war crime.

And speaking of human shields, how many Israeli civilians are there between Gaza and Nut&yahoo's candy ass?
Tinmore, your statmente is apples and oranges. Your question is juvenile.
Expound?

Expounding and explaining to you are a total waste of bandwidth and time. Tell ya what. I'll take you out to lunch. I'll buy four plates. One for me and the other three for your ever switching directions.

The west is a bunch of fools. Hamas ADMITS they used civilian sites to attack from and admits they routinely fire NEAR civilian sites, hell India caught them doing it and all the west does is whine about Israel.

Hamas Quietly Admits It Fired Rockets from Civilian Areas - Yahoo News

It is simple, a Country has the RIGHT to respond to attacks on its territory and its civilian population. That includes attacking the sites from which rockets mortars and missiles are fired. That means legally the Israelis have every right to respond to an attack launched from or near a hospital or a school or an apartment building. The loss of life created is the fault of the Terrorists using those sites.
The Palestinians fire rockets in the direction the tanks and airplanes come from.

That are in response to the rockets and mortars fired from civilian areas. This started in August 2005 when Israel removed all Israelis from gaza and gave them full control of their lives.

Where is there a double standard in showing that hamas/Palestine initiated the attacks of Israel which resulted in repurcusions. The arab muslims fired on Israel in may 1948 starting a war, are you saying that Israel does not have the right to retaliate to the declaration of war and the illegal attacks on its civilians ?

Because the entire neighbourhoods are in use as military installations by hamas and others, making them valid targets. The civilians are warned of impending attacks giving them plenty of time to evacuate. The concept behind the weapons make them a war crime as does the inclusion of chemical/biological agents in the rockets. Also the intended targets being children and civilians makes them a war crime.

Totally irrelevant as hamas are not trying to target the Knesset only the civilians themselves, so the Israelis are not acting as human shields unlike the Palestinians that actually run towards intended targets to stop the attacks.

Interesting question.

(COMMENT)

Let's see,
  • Prime Minister "Bibi" Netanyahu lives in Israel.
  • Hamas' Political Leader, Khaled Meshaal, lives in Qatar.
Who is a candy ass?

Another Rocco Rock-Head comparison! Nut&Yahoo 4 or 5 largest military vs. Hamas' Rag-tag fly swatters!
