They ARE a big part of the problem with our crappy public schools situation in this country, and they seriously need to start being held accountable.

And you expect you'll get a better qualified teacher workforce by lowering their benefits and pay.

Its funny how the right thinks that higher pay makes CEO's and managers work harder but everyone else should be motivated by lower pay.

Screw the unions and their protection of them.

Back to the subject...all these posters who go on and on about how teachers have this wonderful deal and there are so many bad teachers....why aren't they going into the teaching profession to cash in on those wonderful deals AND show us how GOOD teaching is done?
