They don't incite violence. They don't throw things. Many of them are armed, many of them are ex military. This kid is one of a group of men called "The Proud Boys". They are all tough, they are all motivated by patriotism, most if not all are Christians.

They are serious about what they do, and what they do is stand for freedom. They figure prominently in these rallies because they are targeted. They are called racists, they aren't and one of their most effective members in terms of muscle and articulation is a black guy named Tiny.

On YouTube Leo Stratton and the Red Elephants have lots of vid of them. Youtube of course messes with those accounts a lot.
