Yes and in any close election they can always find batches of uncounted ballots in the trunks of cars belonging to their party faithful. It is amazing that the other side doesn't agree with that practice, sometimes referred to as Frankenizing for the way in which Al Franken was able to continue to recount until enough votes had been found or manufactured to overturn the will of the people.
