Guns to be allowed on Texas campuses

Yup if only some students had a gun to defend themselves and shoot those psycho's before the psychos killed more people.

Your right it is just what they need.

No armed student could have solved the problem at the Clock Tower - not even the special police forces called into handle the situation could. Someone needed to get to the top of the tower and tackle the guy.

I'm not sure an armed person could have prevented the Luby's murderer from driving his truck through a wall and opening fire.

And no amount of arms could have prevented JFK's Assassin.

And no laws could have prevented those murderers from aquiring guns.
Yep. no law can prevent people from doing all sorts of things, from speeding to molesting kids.

Why is it that whenever somone suggests broadening the sutations where people who are legaly able to own a gun and have training as how to safely store, handle and use one are actually able to have/carry those guns, liberals immedialty oppose the idea?

Are they THAT afraid of inanimite objects?

There are millions of people out there that are legally able to own and drive a car. They also had to go through a class to learn how to safely operate that car. Have you driven on the highways recently?

Just sayin there are lots of idiots who go through all of the classes and pass who should'nt be anywhere near a gun.

Based on...?
What's the crime rate among concealed-carry license holders?

Probably about the same as non gun owners in their socio-economic class.
Its probably lower, as people that take the time, effort and expense to do this are generally more responsible than the general public - but, lets say this is true.

Your assrtion is then based on.... what?
