Quick trick if you need to lose 5 lbs overnight and don't have time to work out.

Nothing goes past your lips after 5:00 pm. No food, no water, nothing but air.

When you wake up in the morning? You'll be 5-10 lbs lighter (but, you'll put it right back on later as it's just water weight).

Old high school wrestling trick.
