I am against all forms of Gun Control but I don't concider Tear gas to be a gun and I don't see why anyone would need that.

I am against all forms of gun control because taking away a person's liberty to own a gun, or restricting his or her ability to buy a gun, only takes away liberties. It in no way shape or form leads to safety.

Blaming a gun for gun violence is stupid. It is ignoring the real problem. It's like blaming a pencil for spelling mistakes or blaming a fork for you being overweight.

in the latest incident, the perp made his own tear gas. I can make my own too. Just like I can make my own firearm if i so desired. Takign these things away throw force/theft will only increase the amount of illegal (black market) guns, etc.. available.

If people want these things, much like we learned in prohibition (well,, some of us who read), people will go through other channels to obtain them.

what does minority mean? If there is an influx of minorities, who don't know the constitution and the history of the US, imagine why we are divided today as appose to ww2 attack. This republic is not the same, in fact the citizens are more divided and more classified, not a direction of unity when this country needs it most. It's been dumb down from the war on poverty and poverty has increased b/c gov't has allowed it to happen to buy votes of dependency.
