What you see in the link in the OP is just a glancing blow, sop to speak, at what happened at Norwin High.

The porn was on the monitor for less than 15 seconds. It was on a flash drive, not part of the Blood Bank presentation.

The lead on the story on the link is buried. The last line speaks about Atty. Peter Payne filing a lawsuit. His allegation is the 15 seconds of porn is traumatic and damaging to the students at the assembly. The students were seniors. All internet savvy seniors in high school.

Hopefully, the porn they see every day (Studies say 80% of seniors in high school watch an hour of porn daily) won't be as damaging as the 15 seconds they were exposed to at the assembly. As if a cash strapped school district or a non-profit like the Blood Bank need to be held punitively liable for this.
