Congress needs razed and restructured. There need to be term limits and no lobbying allowed. Also repeal Citizens United, what a joke that is.

Without lobbying, there would be few if any bills passed because Lobbyist write most of the legislation. Term limits of less than 10 years would just result in more people in Washington not knowing what their doing. The rules in the House and Senate need to be rewritten to simplify the entire legislative process. Maybe then, new congressmen would able to do something more constructive during their first term.
