Grilling: Charcoal or Gas?

Charcoal.

Always.

Although, my grill does both charcoal, and gas... Sometimes I just need speed.
 
Charcoal is the only way to go. Maybe some oak or hickory chips soaked in water and tossed on the charcoal right before the meat is put on the grill. It adds that great smokey flavor.
Cooking over a campfire is even better but I generally don't have the time to do a proper campfire after a days work.
